Edition 20 - Week of February 8th
Join me in celebrating our counselors this week, National Counselors Week. We have the best!

February is National Heart Month! Below is an article from the American Heart Association on how to stay healthy and prevent heart disease at any age. The latest statistics show that 1 in 3 deaths in the United States are due to cardiovascular disease. By making healthy lifestyle changes and being aware of symptoms, you can help reduce your risk of a heart attack or stroke.
