Lunches offer our Level 2 students a chance to exhibit their creativity and culinary influences. These three course menu's are created entirely by the student chef and executed with help from their peers and instructor.

Menu's will be posted online through our website and social media channels as soon as they are ready.

Congratulations to those who completed the preparatory course over the last two weeks!

Many incoming level 1 students started their season off with our 10 day intensive course in cooking basics. Taught by Instructors Randi Rudner and Ian Middleton with a butchery appearance from Mike Booth.

The course covered a range of cooking topics, offering students an insight what they will learn and explore in more depth over the next 16 weeks.


Chef instructor and Alumnus Ryan O'Donnell and partner Emily Chandler were married this weekend at the Stratford Perth Museum. We wish you the very best!
