A Message From the Director
Hello Dream Team,
This week my hope is that you all rest and come back ready to rock and roll before the winter break in about 3.5 weeks! Please take the time to rest.
This week I leave you with a poem:
I Can, I Will, I Must - Poem by Aryan Kubal
I CAN, I WILL, I MUST.
The path of victory is not so easy,
We cannot walk on it until we make ourselves busy.
Even if the situation are worst, I can, I will, I must.
By strong determination and strong will,
One can climb the highest hill.
Making it possible to dig up till the crust,
I can, I will, I must.
No matter what may come your way, the truth is you, success begins with belief. You must believe you can and you will be successful. You also must remember to push yourself to be consistent, and your consistency will pay off. Believe, achieve, and you will succeed.
The Dream Team Will Fight!
Sincerely,
Andrea
FREE PERKS FOR UPLIFT EMPLOYEES!
INSTRUCTIONAL & CULTURAL FOCUS AREAS
Instructional Focus:
Develop high quality questions: Plan your questions in advance. Students should have to explain answers, elaborate on responses, or provide information on their thought process. Be sure to plan your exemplar responses
Quickly follow up with students. The sooner you can see and act on students’ strengths and weakness, the better. If several students are making a particular error, speak directly to them about the nature of the error and how to avoid it
Don’t repeatedly write the same comment if lots of students are making the same error. Better to spend that time planning how to reteach the skill the next day.
Cultural Focus: i. Help Improve and Set High Behavior Expectations
