Western, Northern,and Southern
The United Kingdom is made up of England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
The specific foods that come from the Western part are tea, sandwiches, bread and jam, or scones and clotted cream.
Southern Europe includes Spain, Basque, Portugal, Italy, and Greece.
Garlic and olive oil are prominent in savory dishes. Salsa is commonly served in Basque. In Portugal they are known for there salt cod or bacalhau. Italy dishes are manly served in courses and then there meals which in cuds pasta.Greece has lamb and eggplant.
