When youre a doctor you work from sunrise to sunset. You are responsible for other people, tasks, and taking care of customers(patients). You deal with medicine and sugeries and basic sickness.

Working Conditions

Doctors often work very long and unsocial hours, (weekends and nights). Although working hours vary according to your specialty. Many roles also involve being on-call for certain periods. Settings include wards, consulting rooms, operating theatres, laboratories and special units such as accident and emergency.

Training/Education Requirements

Doctoral or proferssional degree needed, requires about a 4-year undergraduate degree program, spend four years in medical school and then complete 3-7 years of residency training, before they are eligible for medical licensing.

Personal Charteristics

If you wanna be a doctor you most likely love people and you value helping others. More than likely you have a strong gut (you don't vomit at the side of blood etc). This job attracts very brainy people because it takes a lot of work and patience.

Becoming a doctor is a very long and stressful process but once you have the credentials it is very easy to find a place to work. No matter where you are doctors are needed!
