The Three Little Pigs
Kindergarteners studied "The Three Little Pigs." We created puppets and explored theater to make the story come alive.
Ozobots
2nd-5th graders learned about coding using robots with the Ozobot curriculum.
Bloxels
4th graders practiced their research skills. They researched facts about the fifty states. Students then used Bloxels to code their own video game related to their state of study.
Classes Taught
290 media classes were taught in the library.
Ozobot Parade
Mrs. Witt's class learned about the Macy's Day Parade and created their own Ozobot parade.
Books Checked Out
Horace Mann students checked out 4,631 books from September to November.
How many books does my student have checked out?
December is a great time for students to check their library accounts on the Destiny app and return books to the library before/after break.
Each grade level has a different limit on the number of books available to checkout:
- Kindergarten - 1 book
- 1st/2nd grade - 2 books
- 3rd grade - 3 books
- 4th/5th grade - 4 books
