Come Join your friends as they race to eat cookies!
Saturday, Feb. 22nd, 12:45pm
On a Saturday, we will be holding a cookie contest at Specialty's. We will be meeting at Irvine Regional Park and biking there to the bakery. After the contest, participants will receive a free coupon for a treat at Specialty's. Also, after the contest, we will be biking to Subway on Jeffrey Road for lunch where parents may pick up their child. This outing will give teenagers an opportunity to compete in something they like doing, such as eating cookies. This contest will also allow teenagers to take a break from schoolwork that is stressing them out. Anyone can participate. It costs $2.00 per adult and $1.59 per child. If you are planning on participating, please bring extra water bottles and juice. There will be 13 or more parents chaperoning. A medical doctor will be present if a person has an allergic reaction to a type of cookie. When asking or given a cookie or water, teenagers should say please or thank you to show respect. During the contest, contestants must keep their hands to themselves and show respect to their opponents.
