Tonight's the Night!
Come join us tonight at 7:00 for Family Movie Night featuring Super Mario Bros.
Feel free to show up a little early, as the movie will begin promptly at 7PM.
This is a fun and free event! Everyone is encouraged to wear pajamas and bring blankets. Parents/Guardians are expected to stay with their child(ren) at all times
Parents, there will be folding chairs available to place along the outside of the gym,
or you are welcome to bring a sports/camping folding chair.
Thanks for helping us make this a fun, safe, successful event!
Leaving Early for Thanksgiving Break?
If your student will be leaving early for Thanksgiving Break, please let us know. Please make sure to fill out the Attendance Form for any absences or early releases.
If you will be gone multiple days, you do not need to fill out the form for each day, just put the date range in the additional notes section.

Lost & Found to be donated soon!
The lost & found is getting full and will be cleared out and donated at the end of next week.
Items will be displayed outside of the library for kids to take a look before break. Please make sure to have your students check for items that belong to them.
Parents, please make sure to put your student's name on everything they bring to school.
We do our best to return anything with a name on it.
Anything left in the lost & found after Wednesday, November 22nd will be donated.

The Hat & Mitten Tree will be up December 4th!
Please share new hats, mittens and jackets for those children in our community whose families are in need of a little help. We need boys and girls sizes infant to 18.
Rice Lake will collect items through December 15th.

Yearbook Order Time!
Yearbooks are available for the 23-24 school year!
You can order yearbooks through Lifetouch and the cost is $20.
To order your yearbook click on the link below and fill out your student's information.
If you have pictures of your student in their extracurricular activities you can submit them for the yearbook. Just email non-professional pictures to yearbookrle@gmail.com. Please include the names of the Rice Lake students in the pictures. You can also submit any photos you have of school events.
We are SO excited to continue the fun with the upcoming 2024 RLE Spring Carnival. This event is entirely planned and run by volunteers! We would love to have you on our committee.

Nominations for Centennial’s Hall of Fame due December 1 – Deadline has been extended
Do you know of someone who has a longstanding history of providing services of time and commitment to education? Or, do you know a Centennial graduate who has demonstrated outstanding professional accomplishments and/or has used their education to impact society? Nominations for the Class of 2024 are due December 1. More information on criteria and how to submit a nomination can be found on the Centennial website.
Kindergarten Registration Opens December 1
Welcome, Class of 2037! Mark your calendar: Kindergarten registration for the 2024-2025 school year opens online on December 1. We look forward to having your student and family become a part of the Centennial community. See the Centennial website for information on registration and screening, frequently asked questions, important dates to note, and student readiness. Check out the website, too, for a sneak peek into kindergarten through a series of short, fun videos filmed in our schools as well as resources, from before and after school care and busing to school meals and health and student services. Please contact your neighborhood school with questions or for more information. We look forward to seeing you!
Community Education
Don’t miss the Holiday Open Skate, December 17, 2-3:30 pm at Centennial Ice Arena. Enjoy holiday décor and festive music with open skating just for you and your family and friends! The cost is $5 per person, pay at the door. Rental skates are available.
