Sparkling Pride is on track for Associate Director with 7010TQV and 2 qualified legs! We are off to a great start!

Our team trunk show pipeline is at 58 in-home shows which is so awesome! And it is early in the month plus we have fabulous incentives to book this month, so I know we will still add more!

Here's what you can do this week!

1. Spend some time reviewing your goals. We are 1/4 way through the year and it's a great time to revisit your goals, adjust your plans, and seek guidance if you need it!

2. Remember the 2-2-4-2-3-2-1 tracker! Watch our leader zoom (I emailed it to you!) and print off your tracker. Use it to track your customer reach outs, but also to track checking in with your team! I am posting some guidelines below!

3. Get yourself qualified! As a leader, you are a pacecar for your team. You set the pace and they will follow!

4. Remind your stylists about HOOPLA! It is the must-attend S&D event of the year! You don't want to miss it, and you want your team there to reap all the benefits! (Plus it is a whole lot of fun to celebrate together!)

Use the compensation plan guide below! What payrank are you going for this month? Does your team have enough trunk shows to make it happen? Here are our recommendations:

Fill in your team tracker throughout the month and don't be afraid to share it with your team!! Let them know how important their contribution is, and post it in our team facebook page so we can cheer you on!

Don't let this tracker be daunting! Be realistic! Use it as a tool for your personal business AND coaching your stylist(s)! Here are some tips on filling out your tracker:

1. Start with your personal business FIRST! Who are your "2" that you will reach out to every day? I actually sit down Sunday night and fill in my 2/day so I have it planned who I am reaching out to!

2. Look at your team coaching report. How many stylists do you have? If you are an Associate Stylist and only have 1 person on your downline, you are not going to be calling that person or giving kudos every single day! You might call her once/twice a month and sprinkle in kudos for milestones and efforts! But track that you ARE doing it! No matter how many stylists you have, they do want to hear from you in some capacity! If you need help with what to say or coach on, please let me know when we have our call and we can chat more about it.

3. If you have new stylists, you should talk to them weekly during their first 30 days, then every-other-week after that until they feel solid. Then you can move to a monthly call.

4. If you have leaders, you should talk to them at least once/month. If you are one of my leaders, you know we do this and we also have our team zoom or team call to make sure we are on the same page.

As our team continues to grow, it is so important for us as leaders to make sure we are consistently supporting our stylists! Each one of them buys that starter kit with a dream of success, and often times they get discouraged and we may not even know it. We earn coaching commissions off of our stylists because we are supporting them, and the more we coach and encourage them the more successful they will be, and as a result the more successful each of YOU will be, and the more successful our TEAM will be!
