  • They help refocus and distress oneself.
  • THEY ARE FOR ANYONE/EVERYONE. (NO DISCRIMINATION)
  • They provide down, which in turns helps one think.
  • THEY CAN BE FUNNNNNNN.
  • You can take breaks to eat to prevent working while starving.
  • Gives time to rest and recharge.
