Jeans Day Dress Code

Please look at the RES weekly update regarding weekly dress code. If it is a day with professional tops/jeans (like Fridays), t-shirts or tennis shoes are not appropriate. We will let you know when t-shirts/tennis shoes are appropriate.

Lunch Visitors

This has been a great week and our cafeteria rules and procedures have been established. We are welcoming lunch visitors, beginning Tuesday, September 3rd.

Just a reminder that if the lunch visitor is someone other than a guardian, we will need a note giving permission.

After-School Shuttle and Expectations

There are specific guidelines for children that will be shuttled to Robison. Staff must request for their child to be shuttled to Robison using the official district request form. If approved, students must follow our campus procedures, or this privilege will be revoked. Due to the size of our front office, all students shuttled in the afternoon will report to an assigned area which will be determined after school starts. Students will be assigned a responsibility such as helping shelve books in the library or assisting with dismissal. Students should never go to the their parents’ classroom or office for any reason until after we have completed dismissal.

Campus Movement Calendar

This is a daily movement calendar that was sent from the district. Use at your discretion, for brain breaks/activity breaks.

Professional Development

The 2nd-5th R/LA Curriculum Department will be offering sessions to unpack our new standards and our new units. The first meeting will be a Zoom meeting to value your time in the hustle of back to school. If you aren’t able to participate “live”, the course will be

available afterwards for viewing.
