Congratulations to the team of Matthew Gaughan and Maahir Babwani on their regional win in the Toshiba /NSTA exploravision competition.

Toshiba and the NSTA sponsors an annual ExploraVision competition. This is a national science competition for K-12 students to engage the next generation in real world problem solving with a strong emphasis on STEM. ExploraVision challenges students to envision and communicate new technology 20 years in the future through collaborative brainstorming and research of current science and technology.

Matthew and Maahir 's team placed as one of six regional winners in the grade 10-12 division throughout the USA and Canada. The team is currently continuing on in the national round. Thank you to Mrs. Loughran for volunteer coaching the team.
