We will be covering the standards of evaluation, when students are eligible, membership obligations, grade requirements, process of acceptance, induction ceremony, meeting times, dues, and timeline for the application process. It is important that you attend the informational meeting if you are interested in joining NJHS; however, it is not mandatory.
If your student is interested in joining it is mandatory that they sign the Intent Form and complete the Student Activity Form. This can be done at the parent meeting, or both forms can be found on the NJHS bulletin board or outside Mrs. Moody’s office between December 15th-19th. To be considered for membership, the Intent Form must be signed by December 19th and the Student Activity form must be returned by January 9th. These are firm deadlines.
Again, this meeting is for parents and students of 7th grade students who are interested in membership.
If you have any questions please contact one of the advisers by phone or email.

DMS Gives Back
RUFF and DMS Sponsor Morris Elementary 1st Grade
DMS and R.U.F.F. are sponsoring Morris Elementary School 1st grade again this year. They have 136 students 69 boys and 67 girls. Last year we delivered a stocking filled with candy and a Barbie doll for girls and a set of cars for the boys. It is an awesome outreach for our students to participate in. Students can purchase any item and deliver it to Mr. Graham's before Dec 16th. Also, Kay Jewelers from Bridgestreet has offered us a Teddy Bear for $4 for each kid. If the students want to bring in $4 to Sponsor a Bear for those children that would be awesome. Please see the picture of all the items below. Thank you in advance for any help. We will be delivering to Morris on the 19th at 1:00pm. We can tell you from last year the excitement and happiness those stockings brought those 1st graders. We need $170 for bears, 11 Barbies, 26 stockings, and 45 matchbox cars.
