June 9 - ELLS In TX - What Administrators Need to Know
Workshop # 553659 - Participants will be provided with enhanced guidance and information related to ELL policy, law and programming in the state of Texas.
June 10 - ELLS in TX - What Teachers Need to Know
Registration for this one day conference should be made through Seidlitz Education. Members of the Title III SSA should contact Region 16 prior to registering for further details.

June 24 - Creating a Language Rich Classroom
Workshop # 553647 - Participants will develop an understanding of linguistically accommodated instruction, observe a sheltered lesson and create a sheltered lesson plan from their own content curriculum.
June 27 & 28 - BTLPT Review Course
Workshop # 553638 - Participants will join Dr. Patricia Morales to review materials and practice for their bilingual certification test.
July 12 - 154 TExES ESL Supplemental Review Course

This all day event will offer professional development opportunities related to instructional strategies designed to increase academic achievement of ELLs. Our featured keynote, Joanne Billingsley, will address the theme, "The Power of Words".

Workshop # 568199 - This half day AM session (9:00 - 12:00) will cover updates to the guidelines of the LPAC process for experienced coordinators.
August 9 - LPAC Training
Workshop # 569068 - This full day LPAC training will provide new or returning coordinators with an in-depth look at the LPAC process for ELLs.
