Programs available in Douglas County, CO & surrounding areas
Considering Homeschooling or just looking for a change?
We are so excited for you to join us in this journey. Here is a list of some basic information to consider. Our family has been homeschooling for 15ish years and just sharing what we have used or seen other friends use. This is a place to start for those who live in Douglas County, Colorado. If you would like to add your program please email the details in the format below to Csprister@reagan.com. Thank you!
A few questions to consider are: Is your preference for a secular or faith-based program? Are you looking for a private funded program or one that is funded by the government public school programs? Do you prefer a 100% online program or one that meets one or two days a week? There are so many great options in our area depending on what you are looking for and we hope this helps you make the best choice for your family. We highly recommend you visit/try 2-3 options with your kids to see what works best!

What? In 2012, I graduated three of my four children from our homeschool, and I began thinking about how I could give back to the homeschooling community I love so much. For our family, homeschooling was a tool in helping us to build our house upon "The Rock," the Lord Jesus. We found that the high-school years were important for discipling our children. In the high-school years, teens are beginning to own their faith for themselves, asking hard questions and making life-changing decisions. We were so thankful for the Lord's direction and grace in leading us to homeschool all the way through high school. After 20 years of homeschooling and helping my four children prepare for college, I decided to pass along the information I had learned so other families would have the confidence to homeschool their children through high school as well. Many parents today feel ill-equipped for the task of homeschooling through high school, and they are tempted to enroll their children in a "regular" school because they want them to get into college. My seminars and services offer parents the practical help they need to be able to finish strong and homeschool all the way through high school while at the same time preparing them for college.
Where? I present my seminars to homeschool groups throughout the Denver/Littleton/Castle Rock/Highlands Ranch areas. My seminars are also on my website as online courses; I offer 1:1 phone consultations as well.
When? I work with your schedule to book my seminars and consultations.
Cost? My Preparing Your Children for College Seminar is $50/family (children 13 and older only); Online Course =$50 (48 hour access); Get Your ACT Together Seminar is $50/ family (children 13 and older only); Online Course =$50 (48 hour access); Phone Consultations: $50/hour
