Great Moments in Hot Bev History
I know coffee drinkers often say they can't start their day without their first cup. It's alarming if you think about it, but there are tons of times in its history that coffee was lauded as having positive medicinal properties. The first recorded writing about coffee's health benefits can be traced to Avicenna Bukhara, a Persian polymath, often tied to the birth of early modern medicine.
I still think you guys are all addicted. Feed it tomorrow at 9AM in the Lounge, as Free Hot Bevs returns with coffee, cocoa, and tea. Bring your own mug!
