a little about me....

I was born February 11, 2002, in San Francisco California. With a family that included an older sister, Katelyn, an older brother named Taylor, and really loving mom and dad. 2 months after I was born, we moved to Newnan, GA where almost all of my moms side of the family lived. My grandpa had a heart attack, but survived, and I guess that made my mom's buzzer go off, and then decided it would be nice to live near all our mom's family. I remember that when we moved most of my days of being an infant, my mom and I would spend every day, all day with each other. My sister, and brother would be at school, and my dad would be at work. Things were going absolutely great, or so I thought... When I turned four, my mom and dad decided, it was time for me to start school... and it was the same elementary school my sister, and brother went to. The school was grades pre-k through 5th grade. I started school a month after the school year started. I was so excited to start preschool. welcome to Welch elementary!!!! The house we moved into was big, but not big enough for our family... The two month old baby (me) had to share a room with a five year old girl, (Katelyn). Leaving the only son, his own room. There was enough rooms for all of us to have our own room, but my dad used the room i was supposed to be in as an office, so he could work at home. later, it turned into a playroom for the kids. Every day after school, my sister, brother, and I, had to stay at my aunt Mandy's house. She had four boys, (now a girl) that we would play with, until my mom would pick us up. My mom would spend all day, at a college trying to earn a teaching degree. When my mom picked us up, I would have to take a bath, then my dad would come home so we would all get to go to the dinner table and eat together, i remember when i would go to bed, my sister would chase me up the stairs, and I would hide under my covers. since we shared a room, she knew where I was, but she left me alone once I got in bed. My mom would then come up the stairs to tell me a bedtime story, I know my sister would never admit it, but I knew she was listening.... I remember, that year, our aunt Mandy, and her family moved, to Tennessee, so we wouldn't be able to stay at her house after school anymore.. :( but, my mom got a babysitter named Brittney, who was a teenager that lived next door... I hated her. But when my mom got home I would be so happy! Once it hit my birthday, I got a new strawberry shortcake movie, which I loved at the time!!! I also got a little bracelet, that said princess on it, of course I don't have it any more. I remember having to go to school in my mom's minivan!! It was an ugly green minivan the whole family called "the green machine."

A casual day in 2006....

Since I was only four, and just recently enrolled in school, everyday was kind of the same. This is what would happen everyday.......

I woke up around seven and my mom already had clothes layed out on my sister and I's dresser, she then gave me a bath, and then dried my long red hair. I happily put on the clothes my mom picked out for me, afterwords she brushed my tangled hair. When she was done, I was left with silky smooth hair. she put it up in a braid, and then I went down stairs. Once I reached the last step, she told me to go upstairs to get my back pack that I left on the bottom bunk. This is what happened EVERYDAY. She then poured me a bowl of cereal, (usually cheerios). My sister and brother then came downstairs to eat, and then we had to brush our teeth, then get into the ugly green machine. She drove us to Welch, and my sister walked me to my classroom, then left to hers. When school was over, we rode the bus to our aunt Mandy's house. When my mom picked us up, it had to have been around 4:15, maybe 4:30. when we got home, I had to brush my hair again, and then she gave me a bath, afterwords I put on my pajama's, and ate dinner, (my dad would be home at that time) after dinner, I had to brush my teeth, and wait in bed for my mom. When she came up the stairs, she tucked me in, and read me a bed time story. Finally, I went to sleep. When I woke up, I had to do the same routine all over again...... Those days are completely different than the daily routine I have now.

This is an important year...

Why was it important? Because When I started elementary school, I felt like I was actually starting life. With my sister and brother hanging out with me all the time, I felt like they were my best friends. Of course, now they are my enemies... When I got in trouble, they said it was their fault too... They looked out for me. It was also the first year everything was simple, and I saw everything in a great way, now that I have to do harder tasks, things aren't as simple, or easy anymore... I guess now is where I finally begin, but that year, I made my first accomplishments. That year was amazing. Although others may think that was the worst year,it was the best one for me.That was the year I really shined bright!!!!
