To ensure I have the very best health I can every day, I will treat my body well.
I will run to stay in shape.
I will eat healthier foods to keep my body healthy.
I will keep my body clean to prevent bad things from happening.
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by taking it in as a compliment or taking it in as a new thing in life. What I will gain from that "pain" is feeling good about myself.
