Thursday, September 3rd Student Material Pick Up Procedures

  1. Parents will pick up student materials on Thursday, September 3rd. Pick up will be in the back of the school using our car loop by the gym, not in the front of the school.

  2. Please collect any library books and put them in your trunk in a bag if you did not return last year.

  3. Please have your last name and homeroom teacher printed largely on a piece of paper. You can put the sign on your car’s dashboard as you approach to pick up.

  4. See below chart for your class times. If you have multiple children please use the oldest child’s time slot and make sure to have all teacher names on the sign.

  5. Staff will see your last name and will get the bag ready.

  6. When you pull up, put your car in park, and pop the trunk or hatch.

  7. Please do not get out of the car.

  8. A staff member will put the student bag in your trunk or hatch, and retrieve any library books.

  9. Instruments will also be handed out for 3rd and 4th grade students that have signed up for band or orchestra. Mrs. DiRenzo will be assisting me with this. If you have further question about instruments please email Mrs. DiRenzo at Ddirenzo@methacton.org
