Puppy Mills
Why are they still here?
Puppy Mills
Puppy mills are everywhere around the United States, an estimated total of puppy mills is around 4,000, and that is only the ones we know of. In a year, one puppy mills produces half a million puppies. I believe that puppy mills are wrong and should go away, forever. Puppy mills are bad for the dogs heath. All puppy mill owners don't care about the dogs they just want money. The puppies are often kept in kennels with wire flooring that injures their paws and legs. Imagine yourself as one of those sad puppies locked inside a kennel for your entire life. What would you do? People should stand up against puppy mill owners that make money from hurting innocent, little puppies. Why do puppy mill owners treat the puppies so dreadfully? Some pet stores buy puppies from these mills. Sometimes only half of the puppies make it there alive. Laws have been made but they haven't abolished puppy mills. Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Kansas, and Missouri have the highest numbers of puppy mills than anywhere else in the world. Puppy mills originated in World War 2. Puppy mills have been around too long and should never had existed. The laws they have already made for puppy mills don't band them they just fin the owners. I wish to change that.
