Our official Facebook page is "St. Francis Catholic School". In an effort to consolidate communication, and have one central Facebook page for SFCS families to find announcements and learn about upcoming school events, the "St. Francis Families (St. Francis Catholic School, Hilton Head Island)" Facebook page is now inactive. As a reminder, the use of St. Francis Catholic School, or St. Francis by the Sea names, logos, etc., must be approved before associating any group with either name or SFCS. We appreciate your cooperation and partnership with this important policy and ask you to contact Mrs. Smith for school related requests, and the SFBTS Parish office for church related requests. 1st Grade
The first graders had a very busy week! They celebrated Ms. Lesley's birthday. The class had their weekly mystery reader which was Mrs. Burke, PreK Teacher. The first graders used their engineering skills and created Leprechaun traps. Unfortunately, they did not catch any Leprechauns, but they did enjoy St. Patrick’s Day cupcakes and a special treat from Ms. Gloven.

Congratulations to all participants!
St. Patrick's Day
The hallways and classrooms were colored with green as the students, faculty, and staff celebrated St. Patrick's Day. The Kindergarten and First Grade classes made leprechaun traps but not one of those little green suits were caught! The leprechauns visited the classrooms the night before and what a mess they left! The teachers and staff played "Lucky Duck" and won a prize after picking a St. Patrick's Day duck. We hope you found your pot of gold on St. Patrick's Day! Our pots of gold are featured in the pictures below. 💚
