A Break in the Middle
In Math, the Fraction Unit is beginning next week; oceanography is just around the corner in Science; and Language Arts continues its reading groups and efforts to elevate students' essays. For the next writing prompt, students will be asked to write from the perspective of a passenger on the Mayflower.
As we approach the Holiday Season, we want to make sure that ALL parents are getting the communication they need between school and home. Students are responsible for writing their Lifework in their agendas each day and can also check School Fusion for due dates as well as class schedules and announcements. Many of our study guides are uploaded to School Fusion for your convenience, should any of them get misplaced or left behind in a cubby, for instance. Please let us know if you are having difficulties. There have been a few technology glitches. We are making every effort to remedy the situation. Thank you for your patience.
We appreciate all of you, students and parents alike, for the time, care, and communication you invested that allow this year's 5th Grade to continue to excel.
