Spring is about to pounce on Central Avenue School and we can still use your help! This event coincides with the Borough-wide Green & Clean event.

Madison wins "Best Community for Music Education"
Madison was once again named a national "Best Community for Music Education." On behalf of the music teachers, I thank you for your ongoing support of the arts and the amazing band, chorus, orchestra, and theatre programs at each district school.
This is the ninth consecutive year Madison has received this distinction! Out of 14,000 eligible districts, Madison joins 830 districts across the country in receiving the prestigious award in 2023. The complete list of districts can be found here: https://www.nammfoundation.org/articles/bcme-2023-districts
The Best Communities for Music Education designation is awarded to districts that demonstrate outstanding achievement in efforts to provide music access and education to all students. Districts that have been recognized by the NAMM Foundation are often held up as models for other educators looking to boost their own music education programs. This couldn't be more true of the program we have in Madison. Thank you again for your enthusiastic support of our performing arts programming!
