Are you in a job search? Thinking about a career change? Want to grow your network? This event is for you!
Connect with fellow alumni from all Rochester area colleges and employer representatives from some of Rochester’s top employers for networking and potential future job contacts. The goal of this event is to provide career advice, tips and suggestions from company participants, and to help you grow your network and make connections for future opportunities. A panel of local recruiters will share insights and advice about job searching and how to put yourself in the best position to succeed, then you’ll have the opportunity to talk with panelists and other alumni participants.
Refreshments will be provided
Bonus: resume drop will be available; bring your resumes to leave with employers. AND: all attendees will receive a directory with all participant contact information, for follow up and future networking.
In a job search, it’s true that, “It’s not what you know; it’s who you know”; this event will help you do both!

The Rochester Area Career Development Association
Established in 1989, RACDA membership consists of career development professionals from 19 colleges and universities in the Rochester, New York area. The purpose of the Association is to support the functions of career development and experiential education in the region by sponsoring a forum for the exchange of ideas and information; developing and supporting special events, programs, and committees; planning and conducting outreach activities to collaborate with diverse organizations and develop enhanced relationships with employers and graduate/professional studies; and providing opportunities for the professional development of members.
