Nutrition is very healthy for kids and adults because vitamins and minerals help our bodies grow and help our muscles and bone get stronger.Nutrition helps us stay active and have energy so we can play around and have fun.Healthy eating is when you eat foods with vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, fibre and protein. You can get these from fish, brocolli, meats, fruits and eggs. Healthy eatingis important because your immune systems stay healthy and gives you a less chance of getting sick and getting diseases.

Physical Activity

Helps your body get stronger and helps you body grow. Kids need at least 90 minutes of physical activity, adults need at least 150 minutes of physical activity and elders need 30-60 minuets of phisical activity. If you are not active you will have high blood pressure and high blood glucose. Physically active people improve there muscular and cardio-respiratory fitness, their bones and functional health and have lower rates of coronary heart disease and strokes. You can be physically active by playing sports, working out, running and biking, hiking, skating and dancing
