March 1st... First day of Trimester 3

March 5th... Report Cards posted to Family Access

March 15th... No School Students (Teacher Professional Development Day)

March 29th - April 5th... No School (Spring Break)

  • The deadline to request has passed.
  • Communication from your home building will be sent early next week with information regarding their new teacher and school specific information.
  • Students will begin their new placement on March 1, 2021

Book Fair 2/15 - 3/1

Chromebook Insurance Information (2nd - 6th Grade)

It has come to our attention that some families who purchased the Chromebook insurance for this year were inadvertently refunded the fee. If you wish to have this added back to your account, or did not initially take the insurance and you would like it added, please fill out this form. The insurance is $25 and covers accidental damage. 4K, 5K, & 1st Grade iPad Information

4K, 5K, and 1st grade families: Apple released iOS 14.4 and we are asking for your help to update the iPad you are using. At your earliest convenience, please complete the steps listed here. We'd advise updating outside of the school day, as it does take some time to process.   • April 14th (A-M), 15th (N-Z), 16th (extra date)

  • May 26th (A-M), 27th (N-Z), 28th (extra date)

The next PTO meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 9th at 7PM. A Zoom meeting link will be shared as the date approaches.

OLVC Library Book Pickup and Access

Students who want to request a physical copy of a library book can access the OASD Destiny check-out system online. Those books will be available for pick-up at the OHS East Campus main office. The student will be able to see when the book is checked out to them. The student should wait a day for it to arrive to East Campus.

Students also have access to E-texts via Overdrive using their Classlink account.


Please follow these guidelines for attendance reporting.

Student is unable to attend any live sessions or complete any assignments for the day

Student is unable to attend live sessions but can complete work during part of the day or after 3:30 p.m.
