iPad Support

There are several layers of instructional support and technical support embedded into the Ready 1:1 Initiative to support students and teachers. Learn when, how, and who to contact when further assistance is needed with teacher and/or student iPads.

Technical Support

Teachers and students can receive iPad technical support from the campus iTech, Viktoria Mkoyan, or any of the student Ranger Techs, who are available most periods of the day.

Instructional Support

Teachers can receive iPad instructional support from the Ready 1:1 Instructional Coach, Mr. Mason, or one of the librarians, Pam Reeder or Tenille Docampo.

Student iPad Technical Support

Please DO NOT send students to the iTech's room (400A) or the student Ranger Techs (in the library). ALL students must submit a ticket via the iPad Service app from their student iPad (or a peer's student iPad). Students are assisted as quickly as possible in the order their ticket was submitted for technical support.
