Peek At The Week!
Week of 9/9/19
Principal's Message...
Although our arrival and dismissal practices continue to be a challenge, they are getting stronger each day. I am so impressed with how our community rallies together to support each other, in service of our students. Each day, because of you, our dismissal practice are strengthening. Our buses are boarding safely and efficiently and our building was almost empty of students by 3:30pm.
It is very important that you complete the MASTER dismissal plan spreadsheet with the most current REGULAR dismissal plan for each student:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1SsrWldk-H13rg3nC36cBORwUozMjWt2pn08FoDopAco/edit?usp=sharing
You can also send me your regular student dismissal plans and I will type them into the spreadsheet, if you prefer. Please have all plans completed or placed in my mailbox by Tuesday, September 9th. If you need any support, reach out and I would be glad to help :)
Also, be sure to check each day for communication for changes in a student's regular dismissal plan and send those notes to the office.
Although I have not received my administrator's phone quite yet, I do have a phone number. The number is 401-363-2457. Please feel free to text or call me anytime. I am not sure how reliable the service will be in the building, my own phone is not that reliable. Also, I may not have this phone on, at night or throughout the weekend. If you would like my personal phone number, please see me, I don't mind sharing it, at all.
I hope you had a restful and wonderful weekend and I am looking forward to another amazing week!
~Kim
