Be at peace with your goodbye
We offer financial support and emotional support to help you in your time of mourning!
Financial support
Emotional support
When it comes to loosing a loved one rather it be expected or unexpected, we are prepared to help you and your family during your grieving process. We have a 24/7 counselor who works with the family during this time of mourning. Our counselor will meet with you in the comfort of your home, over the phone meetings, or even here at our facility in their own personal office.
Our counselor's goals are aimed toward helping you and your family get through this time as smoothly as possible.
The counseling service don't just stop after the funeral either. Sometimes once the chaos of the funeral planning is over you are at a loss. You have a minute to sit down and take in everything that happened, for many the grieving process doesn't even start until this period. Our counselor is here to help you through this as well!
We also have weekly support groups that is free for anyone to join. We meet on week nights at 7p.m, here in our main facility, and Saturdays at 9:30am in our funeral service facility. Because loosing a loved one affects each individual in the family differently as it affects the family as a whole differently. We have support groups for whole families, as well as support groups for individuals. For example, we have a parent loss group for someone who lost a parent and grandparent support groups for the children who didn't loose their parent but lost their grandparent. As well as many other groups.
Also, you can check out this website that we are partnered with, for an online support group for grieving: http://www.onlinegriefsupport.com/groups

We Understand
Our goal is aimed to help you. To accommodate your needs and the needs of the loved one that pass. We understand that this can be overwhelming and stressful. Planning a funeral affects everyone in the home. It affects a family because the family needs to work together to plan the funeral to best of their ability, as well as it affects an individual because one person is usually directing the funeral arrangements after the decisions have been made.
But here at Eternal Rest Funeral Home we want to make this experience least stressful as possible. We want to work with the whole family and each individual to help you grieve and to help with the arrangements.
We recommend looking over the website provided below for pointers at where to start the planning process and how to get organized for the planning of the funeral, this will help to make planning a little less overwhelming for you and the family. Call us when you are ready to start planning or if you need help getting organized to start planning, we are more than happy to help!
