Titan Families,
PTA led our Field Day events on Friday. It was a rewarding day full of fun! Many thanks to the committee who organized it for our campus and Ms. Amy Owens for taking the lead with Coach Fyffe and Ms. Maria.
Today, our STAAR testing season began. Our students and staff have prepared for this year's round of state assessments. We are confident in our student body's ability to show what they know! Please encourage your Titan(s) to do their best and remind them that it is all about growth! As a reminder, we do not allow any visitors these days- including lunches, so please plan accordingly.
This week we shine light on our office staff and our librarian. Ms. Cmet, Ms. Smith, and Ms. Lewis keep our school running and ensure our staff, families, and students needs are met with kindness, joy, and love. Ms. Eubanks, our librarian, and Ms. Gammie, our librarian IA, ensures our Titan Community has access to grow and nurture our Titan's love for reading, innovation, and learning. We appreciate their service to our Titan Community, and we hope you will join us in celebrating them this week!
That is it for now. Please be sure to read through the information here to stay up to date with campus happenings as we say farewell and well wishes to various staff members. We look forward to supporting, celebrating, and partnering with you to end our school year strong.
Take care and be well,
Dr. Amy Sharp

Message from Ms. Randall
Dear Titan Families,
After almost three years as an RPE Titan and a decade with Leander ISD, the time has come for me to begin a new journey. I will continue to serve as counselor for the remainder of the 2022-2023 school year, but I am beginning my new chapter as a private therapist. In my 15 years as an educator, being at RPE has been the greatest honor. Having the opportunity to earn trust with students, community, and staff is a responsibility and gift that I will always cherish. The families and staff at RPE have made a lifelong impression on me with their support and love, which I will carry with me for a lifetime.
Saying goodbye to families and students will not be easy and the same is true for my goodbyes to staff. RPE is not only a special place for our children, but is a special place to professionally grow as well. I have served under a variety of dynamic and gifted leaders, but Dr. Sharp is one who has had the greatest impact during my educational career. Her vision for the campus has shined through this year and I cannot wait for the continued opportunities for all that serve beside her. At the beginning of 2023, she encouraged all of the staff to choose our #oneword for the year because she is passionate that each of us is a leader who leads best through purpose and passion. My #oneword for 2023 is “follow”, so I recognize that I must “follow” the new opportunities and leave space for the new.
Forever grateful,
Jennifer Randall
