The Balanced Stride
Running Workshop
Do you wish your running felt more fluid, smooth, and powerful?
In this workshop with running form guru Jae Gruenke, you'll learn:
- how to reduce impact and impact-related injury
- how to relieve the stress underlying overuse injuries
- how to run faster and enjoy it more
For new and experienced runners alike. Includes video and discussion of world-class distance runners and barefoot running.
"Another run, another PB! I'm only doing short runs at the moment as I ease my knee back into it. But on a run that usually takes 20ish minutes, I did it today in 19.14 secs... and that's with very little training. This WORKS!" --Nick Ball, workshop participant
Taught by Jae Gruenke, GCFP. A runner and Feldenkrais practitioner, Jae has helped runners from beginner to Olympian become pain-free, economical, and fast by improving their biomechanics.
