Principal's Newsletter

From the desk of Mrs. McDevitt

October 9, 2020

Dear Families,

This week our seventh grade had a virtual reflection with their parents for their upcoming confirmation in the spring. Our Pre-K to grade 3 visited with the Huntingdon Valley Fire department for Fire Appreciation Week. This Saturday there will be a Memorial Mass for Sister Rosemary Donohue, SND who served as principal of SATG for 16 years. The Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday October 10th at 10:30 AM. All are welcome. May Sister Rosemary Rest in Peace.

Please review the newsletter. It is filled with important dates and upcoming events.

Have a good weekend!

Mrs. Sandra McDevitt

Daily Health Monitoring

Parents remember to monitor your child's health everyday. The attached link will provide guidelines to help you. If your child is not feeling well, you do have the option to switch to virtual learning while your child is home. Please send me an email along with your child's teacher if this is needed and we will make the arrangements depending on each circumstance. If anyone in your household is exhibiting symptoms of Covid, please have your child work from home and contact your physician. Please be aware of community spread of Covid and follow all protocols so that we can keep each other healthy and safe. When you are picking up your children, please have your mask on and do not stand in groups. Please remain in or near your car. Thank you for your continued support and understanding. Please make sure that you touch base with you doctor if your child has any symptoms. You must have a doctors note if your child is out sick for 3 or more days. If a Covid test is taken, please contact us with the results.
