One Great Year!

South Side Families,

Thank you for a great school year. We are now in the home stretch with just a little more than two weeks of school remaining. Your continued support of your child's education will really pay off in the future. Please take advantage of the local parks and the library this summer with your student. These are great free resources that offer an easy way to connect with your child.

For those of you with children returning to South Side next year, please be sure to ask any questions you have about next year before the end of this year. We want to make sure you have a good idea of what to expect for next year. For those of you with fifth grade students or children that won't be returning to South Side, thank you for allowing us to teach your child and build a relationship with them!

Enjoy the summer and keep an eye out for important upcoming dates from your child's classroom. The date list below is most likely missing individual class information that will be sent home with students.

Please Complete This Survey

Dear Parents and Guardians of South Side Elementary School Students,

East Noble School Corporation is reaching out to ask you to take part in our school questionnaire about technology. Your participation is essential to help us form a more complete picture of technology use in our students’ lives, both at school and at home. Your answers are valuable to us; we make use of this data to drive decisions about things such as choosing appropriate technology for classrooms and to better understand what technology skills we may need to focus more on with students.

The last day to complete this questionnaire is Friday, May 17. Your answers will remain completely anonymous. Please respond using the link below:

Thank you for taking part in this important initiative!

Trailblazer Challenge

The Trailblazer Challenge will take place Tuesday, May 14, which is the same day as South Side’s Field Day. The rain date will be Thursday, May 16. Students brought home pledge papers last week. If you need another one just ask a teacher or stop in our office!

Please help support fitness and South Side’s STEM education by pledging. All money collected will be due Tuesday, May 21st, so we can issue prizes before the end of the year. We can accept cash or checks made payable to South Side Elementary. Thank you!
