If so, come to the Luck Sand Courts for an hour long workout that will challenge and invigorate you.

The benefits of exercising on soft sand are huge. With the sand absorbing almost all of the impact, the stress on the joints is significantly reduced therefore lowering the risk of injuries. But this doesn’t mean the workout is less stressful by any means! You will burn more calories working out in soft sand than on solid surfaces.

Whether you are new to working out or need to switch it up, this workout can be modified to fit your needs.

Every Monday and Wednesday Starting July 28th through the Last week in August

Sessions will be 6-7 am or pm depending on interest. Please message, email, or text me with time that works best for you and I will go with majority.

Cost is $50 and includes fitness tips, clean eating tips and weekly prizes
