Seeking part-time Administrator

Greendale Swim Club is a small, community swimming club. We focus on participation and individual goals for swimmers from seven years of age to 60+. We seek an experienced, part-time Administrator – average of 10 hours a month. Tasks include:

• Bank reconciliation

• Wages

• Supplier payments

• Debtors

• GST

• Year End

We use Xero accounting software so experience with this would be ideal but it can be learnt on the job. We can provide training on our payroll system. If you are able to prepare annual financial reports for audit, you are our person, for sure!
