Ms. Cara's Classroom News
November 16, 2015
What's happening in our classroom?
We will be talking about being THANKFUL, what it looks like to be KIND, FRIENDS and FAMILY. We have begun incorporating a kindness tree in our room where we can notice each other offering kindness and creating happiness in our classroom. We will be making a friendship mix for snack and learning new community building rhymes.

Spotlight on Learning
If you plan to travel and visit friends and family, try playing this game to help pass the time.
What’s in the Bag?
When your kids aren’t looking, hide an object in a paper bag and secure the top with a rubber band. Pass the bag around, encouraging each player to use his senses to describe and guess what’s in the bag. Younger children will love shaking, squeezing and even smelling the object, even though they’ll want to peek! When you stop for rests, give each child a turn to hide something in the bag.
