To help alleviate the stress, we will have the full 1 ½ time for collaborative teams, but we will give you this time to work in your rooms preparing for conferences. We are available during these times to support you with anything you may need.
Grade Card Date
Make sure that all of your grades are dated before the end of the first quarter, October 15th, in Mastery Connect. All grades need to be entered before Sunday, October 21st at 11:50 pm in order for them to show up on this quarter’s grade cards.

Magnets on Doors
Please remember, it is an expectation of all classroom teachers to keep their door locked throughout the day with the magnet on the door. This allows for quick security in the case of an intruder, but also allows students and staff members access to the classrooms.
If you need a new magnet, we have replacements in the office.
Covering Door Windows
As you remember from our intruder training, you should not have your windows on your doors permanently covered. If you wish to have coverage on your window, it should be something retractable so it can open and close with ease. When students are in your room, the window covering must be open so others are able to see in your classroom. We understand that some staff members need a covering on their window when students are not in the room. You are welcome to cover the window when students are NOT in your room.
