"We are the dreamers of dreams"
Ode by Arthur O'Shaughnessy
Good & Bad
The world is constantly changing. Good and bad constantly swirling around one another, like Yin and Yang. It's like a never-ending story or song. We, as humans, consistently create and destroy. But we, as dreamers, have the power to change the world.
In short summary...
Ode explores the world in light and dark. In the beginning, it talks about how dreamers are usually wandering and "sitting by desolate streams", because we are outcast for our ideas. It talks about how all it takes is one person to build an empire, conquer an empire, or bring it down. O'Shaughnessy continues on how each time and era is the beginning and the end of something.
