Raider Update
A Weekly eNewsletter from Hastings Public Schools
Message from the Superintendent
Good afternoon Raider Families,
Even though you have most likely already heard, I want to share how excited we are that Scott Doran has been selected as our next High School Principal. Scott is currently serving as our interim principal.
This week, at the board work session, the community-wide survey results and our demographics study will be shared. These pieces of information will help the school board make decisions for both the short and long term.
It may seem too early, however, now is a great time to look at scheduling any needed immunizations your student may need prior to the start of the 2022-23 school year. Students who will be entering preschool, kindergarten, seventh grade, and twelfth grade have requirements.
Bob McDowell, Ed.D.
Superintendent
