Join the Charlie Choker Mascot Program!

What does the mascot do?

The mascot will be involved in college and community events. Applicants must have their own transportation for off-campus events and appearances.


Earn $25 per game/event!


Requirements:

-Applicants must be a Grays Harbor College Student

-Be physically fit and between 5'8"-6' (due to suit restrictions)

-Agree to and sign a "Mascot Code of Conduct"


Applications can be found in the Office of Student Life and due January 15th by 4:00pm.

Involvement Fair

Students have the opportunity to talk to representatives of clubs and different departments on campus from 10:00am-1:00pm on Wednesday, January 13th in the Hub.

College Tour to Western Washington University

Trip will be January 15th.


Students meet at the Bishop Center at 8:00am.


Students will have an opportunity to take a campus tour, meet with campus admissions officers, and have general questions answered on this trip. Transportation and a meal stipend are provided. Sign up in the Student Life Office.

7th Street Theatre presents Spaceballs!

Showing January 15th and 16th at 7:30pm

Students can pick up tickets in the Office of Student Life.


Synopsis:

In a distant galaxy, planet Spaceball has depleted its air supply, leaving its citizens reliant on a product called "Perri-Air." In desperation, Spaceball's leader President Skroob (Mel Brooks) orders the evil Dark Helmet (Rick Moranis) to kidnap Princess Vespa (Daphne Zuniga) of oxygen-rich Druidia and hold her hostage in exchange for air. But help arrives for the Princess in the form of renegade space pilot Lone Starr (Bill Pullman) and his half-man, half-dog partner, Barf (John Candy).
