Wakeland Band and Color Guard
August 19, 2018
Weekly Update
Ultimately don't forget:
1) Be yourself and find your way at WHS. The band is here to support you through your journey of high school, rely on your peers to help you and guide you along the way. You have a huge family here on campus to have your back.
2) Ask questions! Whether you are a freshman or senior, you are going to have questions. How to get from the Band Hall to any other classroom? or What does my degree plan look like next year for college?, Whatever it is, do not hesitate to ask someone.
3) Have fun and make memories!
***If you have an issue with your schedule regarding BAND/GUARD/PERCUSSION, then please email Mr. Smith with your ID number and the issue you have so he can work with the counseling staff to fix the issue.***
On Saturday, August 25 we have another rehearsal from 1-9p. Students Taking the SAT/ACT that morning please do not rush through your exam or traffic to get here if you are running late. Take your time and communicate with Mr. Smith if you are running behind.
