The mission of WHS SOS is to provide the highest quality evidence-based prevention for suicide, violence, bullying and substance abuse by training, supporting, and empowering both peer leaders and caring adults to impact their world through the power of connection, hope, help and strength.
Sources of Strength Peer Leaders are a diverse group of individuals who leverage their personal and collective leadership qualities as well as their social influence in leading the charge in norming and culture change campaigns using strength-based messages to impact multiple issues including suicide. See Ms. Van Dyke or Mrs. Barnes with any questions!

Yearbook
If you were unable to pick up your 2018-2019 yearbook at orientation, please come to the high school office to pick that up. Also, if you would like to order the 2019-2020 yearbook, you can follow this link (www.jostens.com) and choose “Wrightstown High School”. You can also purchase them in office with cash or check (checks made out to “WHS”). If you order by September 30th, they will cost $45. After that, they are $50 until April 17th, when they will be $55. Finally, if you have an interest in photography, graphic design, and/or writing, and would like to join the yearbook club, see Mrs. Ludtke or Mrs. Grovogel, the new advisors!
WHS Sources of Strength is in it’s 2nd year at the high school and is hosting a Color Blaze Run on October 19th. The 2-mile fun run will help raise funds for NAMI Fox Valley (Northeast Alliance on Mental Illness) and for the WHS SOS campaigns throughout the school year that support the mission of this amazing group of students. The funds raised by this race will directly benefit our WCSD students.
Register online for the run at www.getmeregistered.com/WHSSourcesofStrength. You can also pick up a hard copy of the registration forms in the high school office or in the Wrightstown Student and Community Wellness Center. Contact Lisa Van Dyke with any questions: vandyke@wrightstown.k12.wi.us

Robotics Club
Wrightstown High School has six individual teams composed of five students each for a total of 30 active students. We welcome new members to our organization each year. Our season begins early September and we meet almost every Thursday night until March. We compete in competitions and scrimmages from November to March against 48 other teams from North East Wisconsin. Students do not need any experience to join; we learn and work together.
If students/parents are interested in learning more about the Wrightstown High School Robotics Program or to join, please email Mr. Hanneman at hanneman@wrightstown.k12.wi.us
Blood Drive
The first American Red Cross blood drive of the school year is set for October 7th from 9-2 in the high school gym. Students 16 and older are eligible to donate as well as members of the community. Community members must enter and check in at the office. Blood is in high demand, and the pints collect also go towards a scholarship for a WHS senior. Please, donate!
