PAWS Student Volunteer Organization
Panthers Achieving through Work & Service (PAWS)
As related to the portrait of a KISD Graduate, the district and our campus wants to instill certain knowledge and traits into every student so that when they graduate they will enter society as well educated, good citizens. One way to accomplish this is to highlight the importance of giving back to the community. (PAWS) “Panthers Achieving through Work & Service” program has been designed to achieve this goal. Volunteer hours for the 2017-2018 school year run from April 1st, 2017 to March 31st, 2018. Hours accumulated from the end of last school year, this past summer, through March of next semester count towards volunteer hours for this school year.
If you are interested in becoming a part of the PAWS volunteers, please pick up an information packet from your grade level assistant principal’s office or click on the link below for more information.
Student Drivers
If your child is ready to drive to school, they need to pick up a driver packet from the AP office. If you need a Verification of Enrollment form, those can be requested with our Attendance Office.
