CHALLENGE: BIT BREAKER APP
Bit Breaker is an app found in the App Store. This is a game that uses actual sideways movements and jumps in order to play each level. Each level has a timer to see how fast you can hit your ball into the bricks and break them.
1. Go onto an iPad/apple device
2. Download "Bit Breaker" from the App Store
3. Place device about 5 feet away standing up with the screen facing your child
4. Jump to begin the game
CHALLENGE: Do something fun and active
Most of our days are spent in front of a screen and in a chair. Even though we need to practice social distancing, we all still need to be active. Being active for at least 60 minutes a day helps your body stay healthy, mind stay sharp, and self stay smiling. You can do this many different ways... riding your bike, shooting some baskets, racing in the backyard, exercising with your family. Send Mr. B a video or a picture of you doing something fun and active.
CHALLENGE: Do at least 30 minutes of videos every session
