Week of December 6th

Message from the Principal

Parents and families, we only have 2 weeks left before Final Exams! Please review your students grades with them. Have them log into their student Aeries account and show you their grade sheets with each class. I've included a picture for you to see a grade assignment sheet for a class. Please communicate with your student's teachers if you have questions. You may review your student's assignments in AERIES homelink.

We Need Your Help! CA Parent Survey!

The CA Healthy Kids Survey is an important survey that gives our school the feedback it needs for us to improve and support your students at school. We also need to hear from Parents on how they feel about YVHS. This information from our parents helps us make decisions and where to put our resources in supporting all students and families to have the best school experience possible. Please take this survey, it is important for us to hear your voice.

Digital Awareness For Students and Parents- IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ! Repost

We need your support in helping to positively support our students with understanding the impact of their words not only verbally when in person but when online and using social media. There are many resources to support families in this area. We realize that when on lockdown, many students utilized the online platform to maintain their friendships and connections with their friends and others. We ask all stakeholders to please take the time to read a related article and share this with your students.
