Holidays and Finals-The Perfect Recipe for Stress
Here are some coping skills for handling stress this time of the year:
1) Schedule your time to focus on studying.
2) Don't blow off sleep.
3) Shut down social networking and gaming during finals week.
4) Don't blow off eating.
5) Try rewriting or summarizing your notes and chapters.
6) Don't forget "me time."
7) Cramming may work...but not reliable or an effective method for acing your finals.

Test Results- Pre-ACT
All students have been given their results for the Pre-ACT. Along with their score reports, students were given an information booklet and their test booklets. Counselors provided an explanation of the test results in English classes.
