As of yesterday, the county ordered all schools to remain closed through April 30. As we receive additional information on what this means for your students, we will ensure we pass it along via social media, email, and phone dialers.

We will continue to serve meals on site throughout the next several weeks. Effective Thursday, March 19, both breakfast and lunch will be served at the same time between 10:00 and 12:00 a.m.This will allow students to pick up breakfast for the following day when they pick up their lunch and prevent them from having to leave the house twice. You can access meals at your closest school site, even if that is not where your student attends. However, over our scheduled spring break (3/23-27), meals will only be served at middle schools.

If you are looking for work to keep your student learning while we are away from school, we have a few suggestions. First, please have your student check Aeries and work on any missing assignments. All students should be familiar with how to access teacher webpages and Google Classrooms where they should be able to locate most assignments. Next, students can work on any optional assignments their own teachers have posted on their webpages. Some of our teachers have created a site with additional activities as well. That site will be linked below. Finally, the district is providing optional work packets on www.riversideunified.org as well as for pick up at school sites starting 3/18/20.
