Cells
How the cell finctions
Nucleus
A nucleus controls all of the activities within a cell. It knows how to make proteins which sends messages.
Chromosomes
This holds all of the information of the cell.
Nucleolus
This creates all of the ribosomes for the cell.
Ribosome
These create proteins when they communicate.
Endoplasmic Reticulum
This breaks down toxic substances and packages proteins for the gogli complex
Mitochondria
This breaks down food and releases energy for the cell.
Chloroplasts
This organelle turns sun light into food for the plant cell.
Gogli Complex
This organelle packages and transfers the proteins to where ever they are needed.
Vacuole
This stores the water and nutrients for the cell.
Lysosomes
This digests food particles and wastes for the cell.
Cell Membrane
This controls what goes in and out of the cell.
Cell Wall
This protects and keeps the the structure of the cell. This acts as a security guard.
Cytoplasm
This is a gel that is found in the cell that holds everything together.
