Work Packet Pick Ups
Dear Clifford Families and Staff,
I want to thank all of you for your continued patience and support. I know that this has been a trying time, and continues to be so. We wanted to provide you with the latest update of information based on a mandate to shelter in place that has been issued by San Mateo County, as well as a number of other bay area counties. We still have the essential task of distributing work to your children so they can successfully work at home over the next few weeks.
In order to minimize contact, the district is providing digital access to the work packets for you to print at home. If you are unable to print the materials as your home, we will have paper copies available for curbside pickup tomorrow morning from 8:30-4:00. Please understand that we have not utilized a system like this before and would expect that it will take some time for us to complete this process, so we ask for your patience.
Many of your wonderful Clifford teachers sent home their own work for your children Friday, but there are still many materials that have been provided by the district to keep your child(ren) engaged while they work from home.
For pickup tomorrow, please plan to pull into the traffic circle and stop by the entrance at the stairs to the office. We will have someone come to your car and ask you for your child’s name and grade level. They will run and grab your essential materials and bring them to you in your car. Please make sure to stay in your vehicle throughout the whole process to minimize contact between yourself and school staff. We want to respect you and your family’s health and ask for your flexibility and patience in following these directions.
We miss seeing you and your kiddos faces everyday!
Jude Noyes
