Staff Focus and Action Items
Tier I Classroom PBIS - Continue to review the PBIS Tier I information shared last week (I know it was a lot). Reach out to the committee for questions or clarification. It is very important that we commit to the process and provide consistency for EVERYONE. We will see the results that we are striving for if everyone is committed to being part of the TEAM!
Title I and Back to School Night - Monday, August 27th will be our Title I and Back to School Night. The Title 1 presentation will be in the cafeteria from 6:00-6:30pm, then Back to School Night will be from 6:30-7:30pm. Flyers will be sent home this week.
The Safe Schools (3rd Reminder) training memo from HR was sent out recently. Remember to complete your required trainings. Safe Schools Directions & Link (Link to the Login Procedures) The Blood Borne Pathogens training is the first one required.
Social Studies & Reading Support (seriously!) - If you would like me to come in to teach a social studies lesson for your class, please let me know a time, day, and topic that would work. Also, let me know if you would like me to come read a story to your class.

Professional Growth (2nd notice) - A couple reminders in regards to professional growth expectations: PGP points should be uploaded into your SFS so that they can be applied to your evaluation; everyone should have a professional learning goal that they have set with Mercedes.
